I first became aware of the error on the new version PO Form 6 on 2nd May, and posted on all my social media platforms including the private Real Estate Excellence - Stacey Holt SHREE members private group | Facebook

I have been checking the OFT website a number of times over many days to see if the OFT have corrected the error on the prescribed (approved) PO Form 6 - Part 8 - section 2 - the error saying minimum, instead of maximum which is the law under the RTRA Act. This is a most unusual situation. The law overrides the error on the approved form, meaning it is a maximum of 4 weeks, and not minimum as indicated in error on the Form 6.
